Hypnosis is a unique state of consciousness that allows for deeper self-awareness. Hypnotherapy is a process of self-improvement that guides you in accessing your inner resources to address challenges, boost motivation, and change behavior patterns for positive transformation. You may be familiar with traditional hypnotherapy, where a practitioner gives direct suggestions while the client is in a deep trance. However, my approach is centered on empowering the client.
In this process, hypnotherapy uses well-established self-discovery and self-improvement techniques. With support, you can enter what I call Wakeful Dreaming, a non-ordinary state that frees you from fear-based programming and self-imposed limitations. In Wakeful Dreaming, you remain conscious and aware, while allowing your conscious mind and ego to rest. This creates space for the more metaphysical and compassionate parts of your nature to take the lead. It's a state of flow where time no longer holds its usual grip.
The energy exchange is $80 Per 50 minute session.
